Northwest Regional Council
Northwest Regional Council Mission:
To develop, foster, and advocate for a comprehensive and coordinated service delivery system responsive to the needs of older individuals, people with disabilities, and people impacted by complex medical conditions in Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
The service system will:
(1) Promote the greatest degree of personal independence and dignity, and
(2) Improve the quality of life by removing barriers that can create physical and social isolation.
Melody Coleman, Community Programs Manager, will provide an overview of services provided at Northwest Regional Council. Topics discussed will include Family Caregiver Support Services, Aging and Disability Resources, and the Medicaid Transformation Demonstration.
