Elder Service Providers July Lunch Meeting

There will be no July lunch meeting as we are having the Barbeque this month!
We meet the 4th Wed. of every month for lunch and a program/guest speaker. All are welcome. 

Elder Service Providers 2007 Summer Barbeque

Our annual barbeque will be held Monday July 9th 2007 at the Squalicum Boathouse/Zuanich Point Park at 3:30 PM. Bring family / coworkers / a buddy!  Kids and kites welcome!!

Last name T-Z  Appetizers etc

Plates, utensils and drinks will be provided.

Elder Service Providers 2008 Caregivers Conference

The 2008 Caregiver Conference will be held at the Christ the King meeting center, March 28, 2008.  The theme will be "Caregivers--the 8th Wonder of the World." Please plan to attend, and consider being a sponsor, vendor, or speaker!  Next Meeting will be July 18th, 3:30 at The Jeckyl and Hyde Deli—Lattes provided by The Courtyard!

Alzheimer’s Association Western and Central Washington State Chapter

An advanced dementia care professional program will be held on September 17th, October 19th, November 16th, and December 21st in the St. Luke’s Community Health Education Center, 2901 Squalicum Parkway, Bellingham. A morning session from 10am to 1pm, and an afternoon session from 3pm to 6pm. Each session will qualify for 3 hours of continuing education for professionals. The program covers a review of dementia basics including updates, how to use the Positive Approach to Communication, and using Cues and Clues to resolve behavioral issues. Cost is $29.00 plus tax.
