Elder Service Providers February Lunch Meeting
The next ESP lunch will be Wed. Feb. 27th from 11:30-1:00 at Jerns Funeral Chapel on Sunset Drive. Lunch will be meatballs, cabbage salad, ratatouille, fruit salad, veggie and cheese tray, dessert and drinks. The cost for lunch is $10.00 per person at the door.
The guest speaker will be Brad Bytner, funeral director, who will be speaking about Disaster Preparedness. RSVP by February 20th to Cheryll at 734-0070.
Our March lunch meeting will be held on March 26th, sponsored by Lynden Manor. We meet the 4th Wed. of every month for lunch and a program/guest speaker. All are welcome.
Special thanks to Debbie Gann and the rest of the ESP Board who helped organize the professional dinner.
Elder Service Providers 2008 Caregivers Conference
The 2008 Caregiver Conference will be held at the Christ the King meeting center, March 28, 2008. The theme will be "Caregivers--the 8th Wonder of the World." Please plan to attend! Owner Evelyn Turner's daughter is Celiac so she understands the importance of providing gluten-free ingredients and controlling cross-contamination so that you can enjoy hassle-free home cooking as well. Simply go to www.theeasyentree.com, click on Entrées for February and review the entrées that use gluten-free ingredients. Click on "Ready to Order" and select the 9:30 am session February 9th. The password is 'gf' (case sensitive) and you'll be registered in less than 5 minutes.
