Elder Service Providers June Luncheon

Please join us on Wednesday, June 24th from 11:30-1:00 for our next luncheon.

Lunch will be at St. Luke’s Health Education Center and the cost is $10. The meeting is hosted by Home Attendant Care. Please RSVP to Debbie Gann at 734-3849 or debbie@homeattendantcare.com.

Elder Service Provider’s Annual Meeting and Barbeque

In lieu of our regular monthly luncheon in July, we will be having our annual meeting at Squalicum Boathouse on Wednesday, July 22nd from 11:30-1:00. You WON’T want to miss this.

Our special guest speaker is Kelli Linville. A salmon lunch will be served by Sandwich Odyssey, the same caterer who provided the wonderful meal at our recent professional dinner. The cost of lunch is only $10. This summer meeting is always well attended, so there will be lots of networking opportunity.

Education Night at Highgate Senior Living

Learn more about memory loss and talk to other families who are facing the same challenges. Please feel free to bring a guest. Refreshments provided.

Alzheimer Society of Washington

Memory Awareness Screenings - a free service but donations are gratefully accepted. These are held the third Tuesday of the month. Make an appointment by calling 360-671-3316, or drop in between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm at St. Luke's Community Health Education Center, 3333 Squalicum Pkwy, Bellingham. The screening is non-invasive, non-threatening and takes only a few minutes.

Annual Caregiver Conference

The conference committee has already started planning the conference for 2010. If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact Sharon Swanson at Visiting Nurse Home Care.
