Endorsed by the Lynden Ministerial Association and proclaimed "Here's To Life! Day by Lynden Mayor Jack Louws (11:00 AM), the free event features speakers; a Healthy Heart Risk Assessment Room hosted by the St. Joseph Cardiovascular Center's LifeQuest Team; a wide range of exhibitors; about $1,000 worth of door prizes; entertainment by Tammy Hanson, a penny whistler (9:30 AM); A Gift of Dance (11:15 AM and 1:45 PM), and Cascadia Cloppers (12:30 PM); and food throughout the day (modest prices). Keynote messages will focus on body, heart, mind (over matter), and soul and will include "Use It or Lose It!"
