5th Annual Women's Health Expo
This year's Women's Health Expo went off without a hitch. Over 200 women attended from the age 20-94. I spoke to one woman that says she was turning 94 this year. Another brought her young daughter, I'd say about 6 years old. The guest speaker Helen Thayer was amazing and able to hold the audience captive with the awesome photos and stories of her polar trek. I encourage readers to get on the invitation list for next year this is defiantly an event you want to be part of. The Lakeway Inn was able accommodate all of us with plenty of space and an excellent healthy lunch. Home Attendant Care was a vendor at the event and thrilled to be part of such an energizing event.
